James Giltinan

James started in real estate at the age of 26 after working in banking. Since then he has grown Coogee Real Estate from three staff to 12 and has staff who have worked with him for over 15 years.
A long-standing Coogee local, James has held the position of Coogee Real Estate Company President for the past 25 years and is a two-time recipient of the Randwick City Council Award for Real Estate Excellence. Heavily involved with the local community, James served as President of the Coogee Chamber of Commerce for five years and spearheaded Coogee Real Estate’s sponsorship of Coogee Surf Club and past president of the Eastern Suburbs Tennis Club.
Growing up in the area, James’s knowledge of the local market is unparalleled, and his ability to guide each of his clients through the property process smoothly and amicably has cemented his reputation as an industry leader.
