One of our Coogee favourite community events will take place this Sunday.
Randwick City Council presents the 22nd Annual Coogee Carols at the Goldstein Reserve, Coogee Beach on Sunday 17 December from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
This year’s Coogee Carols is for the CRE team an extra special one, as one of our own will be performing, Oliver Lacey.
Next to our colleague here are some other performers:
Amber Lawrence – Six Times Golden Guitar Winner, and current Country Music Association Female Artist of the Year Amber Lawrence. She isn’t a stranger to the Coogee Carols, as she lost count how many times, she has performed at the Coogee Carols.
Blake Appleqvist – Blake is currently starring as Romeo in &Juliet.
Elise Mccann – Elise most recently starred as Donna in Mamma Mia the Musical.
Jennifer Peers – Jennifer Peers is one of Australia’s leading singing teachers for musical theatre and has performed in many musicals including Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, and My Fair Lady.
Simon Pryce – Simon returns for Coogee Carols 2023. He is currently performing as the Red Wiggle with The Wiggles.
Teresa Tate Britten – Teresa recently starred in Human Activity at Kings cross Theatre for Bakehouse Theatre Company directed by Suzanne Millar and has been the voice of many projects this year for brands such as Muffin Break, Aussie Home Loans for radio stations including TRIPLE M, Hit FM and Kiss106.5.
Garry Scale – Local legend as he returns for the Coogee Carols again!
Sarah Murr – Local legend, currently touring in &Juliet The Musical
This free event draws an audience from local and surrounding areas to celebrate community, family, and the spirit of Christmas, opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in the world for a relaxed night of fun for everyone to enjoy.
